Hi Bruce - my Easy Seat arrived today and I am absolutely thrilled with it.  I would like to thank you for such an excellent transaction.  Your sales and service is nothing short of exceptional - it has been a sincere pleasure dealing with you.  It might be interesting for other people to know just how marvellous these Easy Seats are.  Many years ago when bike riding was a pleasurable source of exercise and enjoyment for me I had a severe trauma injury due to a very hard man's saddle on a mountain bike I had purchased.  That trauma ended my bike riding pleasure and I figured that I would no longer be able to ride.  I was 60 years old then.  After searching around on the internet I found the Easy Seat.  After reading all about it I decided to take the plunge and purchase one.  With it being adjustable (being able to make a middle gap bigger or smaller) I set it up and went for a ride - felt a bit tentative at first but soon I was just so delighted.  I could ride the bike for as long and as far as I wanted without any problems.  I have since then enjoyed many rides - quite long ones with no ill effects ever.

I was recently presented with a second-hand exercise bike and with Winter coming on it was going to be a way for me to exercise without going out in the rain and cold (66 years old now & don't like the cold).  That is why I have just purchased from you my second Easy Seat and looking forward to keeping as fit as I possibly can.

I do hope that other women especially read this letter to you and if they have been in a similar position.....take heart - the Easy Seat is just incredible.
Thank you once again for everything......kindest regards - Val.....South Australia.
