Warranty? What Warranty?
In the case of Electric Bikes the warranty means absolutely nothing if the supplier is not around when you need a repair or service.
So many people are jumping on the e-bike band wagon thinking that they will make a fortune in this strong growth market. They Import a container of dubious quality e-bikes from China only to find the bikes dont sell well, break down and look like they will send them to the poor house. So they sell them off at cost or below and get out.
At Blind Freddy Electric Bikes we do not import. We sell proven brands from long established Australian Suppliers. These companies use reputable overses suppliers who are capable of meeting Internationally acceptable quality standards and comply to rigid product specifications.
Our suppliers warranty conditions are clearly stated in the owners manuals supplied with the bikes. Warranty terms do vary from supplier to supplier. We (Blind Freddy Electric Bikes) will explain the warranty terms and conditions prior to making your buying decision.
In the case of a warranty claim the purchaser must phone us and discuss the nature of the problem first. So often it can be remedied over the phone. If this fails the customer is required to return the product to the place of purchase for rectification.
